All Refunds must be postmarked within zero (0) days of the purchase date. All refund items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To refund an item, please email customer service at onevoc24@gmail.com to obtain a refund Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your refund to the following address:
